I became the mentor I wished I'd had.

That choice rewrote my life. It led me through emotional release, nervous-system work, and a slow, sacred return to my own knowing. The journey became a body of work, and eventually the book Your Body Is Speaking — a love letter to every woman learning to listen.

Today I walk alongside midlife women as they release what's heavy, rebalance what's depleted, and rise into the women they have always been underneath.
